AI sales agent
Your AI sales agent. Connected to real sales work.
Give your agent a target market, not another spreadsheet. Connect it to DM Faster to research companies, build a reviewed prospect list, prepare outreach, and inspect results in one sales workspace.

From instruction to a working list
Research that leads somewhere.
A chatbot can suggest a target audience. A connected sales agent can act on that brief: query company records, inspect individual profiles, preserve the reason for selecting each prospect, and save the result in the workspace where your team runs outreach.
DM Faster connects your local agent through its official MCP tools or CLI. Use a supported client such as Codex or Claude Code rather than copying company records between a chat window and your sales software. The maintained agent guide covers setup and the current tool capabilities.
Define the customer
Specify the country, business type, company size, and facts that explain a good fit. Your agent checks the available filters instead of inventing unsupported search criteria.
Inspect the evidence
Review company profiles, financial information, technology observations, relevant decision-makers, and contact routes. A detected technology or active ad is a reason to investigate, not proof that the company wants to buy.
Save the shortlist
Keep the selected companies and real contact routes in a private research list. The list becomes a concrete handoff, not a paragraph of company names.
Prepare the campaign
Choose the audience and channel, review the exact audience preview, and save a campaign disabled. Launch requires your explicit instruction, the necessary account permissions, and a successful readiness check.
A practical brief
Find the right businesses before writing the pitch.
Consider a US ecommerce agency offering paid-social creative services. This is an illustrative brief, not a measured DM Faster campaign or a promise of a particular result count.
“Find US ecommerce companies using Shopify with observed active Meta ads. Inspect the company profiles and relevant decision-makers. Save a private shortlist with the evidence for fit and a usable contact route. Prepare an outreach campaign for review, but do not launch it.”
Review what the agent found before approving the message. Shopify and advertising activity support the segment; they do not prove poor ad performance. A useful opener can ask whether the team is testing new creative, without pretending to know its results or budget.
A useful output
A saved list, the facts supporting each selection, relevant contact routes, and a named campaign ready for inspection.
A clear next action
Review the audience and message, approve launch when ready, then assign someone to work interested replies and record opportunities.
AI agent, AI SDR, or writing assistant?
Compare the job, not the label.
AI SDR software usually positions itself around sales-development work: finding prospects, initiating outreach, and qualifying interest. AI sales agent is a broader term that can also cover research, campaign operations, and reporting. A writing assistant only needs to produce text; an execution agent needs real tool access and a way to verify what changed.
DM Faster is the connected workspace for your agent, not a promise of a fully autonomous salesperson. Your agent can prepare and operate supported workflows with your authorization. Your team still answers prospects, runs meetings, and closes deals. This guide does not claim automatic reply sending or meeting booking through the agent tools.
Beyond a cold-email bot
Keep the prospect and the conversation connected.
DM Faster supports Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email outreach, with SMS currently available for Finland. Choose the channel that matches the buyer and complete its setup; availability depends on your plan. An agent connection does not remove those requirements.
Use a business's active Instagram presence when a concise DM makes sense, LinkedIn when professional context matters, or email when that is the appropriate route. Keep campaign history, replies, and pipeline in the same workspace rather than rebuilding the context after every handoff.
Your first trial
Measure time saved on a real segment.
Give the manual process and the agent the same target profile. Compare time to a reviewed, reachable shortlist; check a sample of the underlying evidence; then inspect whether the saved campaign matches your instructions. Do not count generated names or draft messages as qualified leads.
After launch, measure qualified replies and opportunities for a fixed audience and reporting window. These are suggested evaluation criteria, not published performance benchmarks. The first win is a workflow your team can inspect, repeat, and improve.
Workflow responsibilities
Know what the agent does and what you own.
Our editorial comparison of the workflows described above. Product sources checked September 12, 2026 are linked below; this is not an independent performance benchmark.
| Stage | Agent output | Your team's decision |
|---|---|---|
| Research | Company profiles, available decision-makers, and evidence for fit | Approve the target profile and relevance |
| Shortlist | A private list preserving selected companies and contact routes | Review inclusions and exclusions |
| Campaign preparation | Exact audience preview and a saved, disabled campaign | Approve the audience, message, and channel |
| Launch | A launch action after your instruction, permissions, and readiness checks | Decide when sending starts |
| Follow-through | Campaign, reply, and pipeline inspection | Answer prospects and progress opportunities |

Questions and answers
Before you start.
Practical questions about connecting an agent to your sales workflow.
What is an AI sales agent?
An AI sales agent uses instructions, data, and tools to complete sales tasks. In DM Faster, a connected agent can research companies, save private lists, prepare campaigns, and inspect sales activity rather than only suggest what a salesperson should do.
Can I use my own agent with DM Faster?
Yes. DM Faster provides official MCP tools and a CLI for supported local clients such as Codex and Claude Code. Follow the maintained agent guide for installation, authentication, and available permissions.
Does the agent launch campaigns automatically?
Campaign preparation saves a disabled campaign. Launch needs your explicit instruction, sufficient account permissions, and a successful readiness check. A research request alone is not a launch request.
Is this only for email prospecting?
No. DM Faster connects prospecting with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email outreach. SMS is currently available for Finland. Channel setup and plan availability still apply when working with an agent.
Does an AI sales agent replace my sales team?
DM Faster's agent workflow handles supported research and campaign operations. Your team remains responsible for the offer, targeting decisions, interested replies, meetings, and deals.
