Using the service

Dm, but faster gives you software for building lead lists, creating Instagram outreach campaigns, and running a connected browser worker. You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with the policies that apply to the platforms you use it with.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account, your browser environment, and any activity that happens through your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access in a way your plan does not allow.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam content, to violate third-party rights, to attempt unauthorized access, or to misuse the product in a way that harms the service or other users.

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose unless cancelled. Trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, taxes, and payment processing are handled through our billing provider. If a payment fails or the subscription becomes inactive, access to live sending may be limited or paused.

Data and content

You retain responsibility for the lists, messages, and other content you add to the product. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or platform change, or that third-party services will always remain available.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the product, other users, or third-party platforms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
