Account and sending safety
Manage access, limits, sender health, billing, and safe outreach controls.
Sending safety
Start below the maximum and increase from evidence
Daily caps are limits, not recommendations. Choose a starting volume appropriate for the age, reputation, and normal activity of each sender account. Review early outcomes and provider warnings before increasing it.
- Use pacing and sending windows that resemble normal working behavior.
- Keep “existing chat” and “previously contacted” protections enabled unless you have a reviewed reason not to.
- Use email warm-up for new or newly connected sending identities.
- Stop a campaign if the provider shows verification, restriction, or unusual-activity warnings.
- Never ask DM Faster to work around provider safeguards.
Sender identity
Confirm who will actually send
Browser outreach uses the social account active in the paired Chrome profile. Email uses the connected mailbox selected for the campaign. Before starting, compare the sender shown in DM Faster with the account visible on the provider.
Workspace access
Give each person only the access they need
Workspace owners can invite team members and manage sensitive settings. Review active sessions and connected agents from their dedicated account pages, and revoke access when a device or integration is no longer used.
- Use individual accounts instead of sharing one login.
- Verify the workspace before changing campaigns or integrations.
- Revoke unfamiliar sessions and agent connections.
- Never paste session links, cookies, extension credentials, or API tokens into chat.
Billing and account
Manage subscription and account actions from Settings
The workspace owner can open billing from Settings to review the active plan, payment method, and provider portal options. Plan access determines which channels, lead sources, and limits appear in the app.
Account deletion removes the workspace's campaigns, lists, and saved settings. Disconnect providers and export anything you need before confirming a permanent deletion.
For billing or account help, use the support page and include the workspace email. Never email payment-card details or passwords.
