Channels and sender accounts

Understand Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email requirements.

Browser channels

Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn use your Chrome session

The DM Faster extension performs browser outreach from the provider account already signed in to the same Chrome profile. Keep the paired browser available while a campaign needs social-channel work.

  • The extension is installed, connected, and allowed on the provider site.
  • The browser is signed in to the intended Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn account.
  • The connected DM Faster workspace matches the campaign.
  • The provider page is not showing a login, verification, restriction, or challenge screen.
DM Faster fails closed when it cannot confirm the intended sender account. Fix the account mismatch instead of repeatedly restarting the campaign.

Channel differences

Prepare recipients for the channel you enable

Instagram

Uses Instagram profile identity and browser conversation history. Official Professional account connections can also support Inbox delivery for eligible accounts.

Facebook

Uses Facebook/Messenger profile identity and the active Facebook browser session.

LinkedIn

Uses LinkedIn profile identity. Connection state and invite settings affect whether an invite or message is currently possible.

Email

Uses a connected Google, Microsoft, or SMTP mailbox. The mailbox—not the browser tab—owns email delivery.

Email

Keep every mailbox healthy and recognizable

Each mailbox has its own sender name, daily cap, warm-up setting, sending status, reply tracking, and health. A campaign can use an eligible pool of connected mailboxes.

  • Use a sender name recipients recognize.
  • Start with a conservative daily cap and enable warm-up for a new sending identity.
  • Reconnect accounts that show authorization or permission problems.
  • Keep reply tracking enabled when you want email replies to appear in Inbox.
  • Honor suppressions and resolve hard bounces instead of resending.

Mailbox setup is covered under Integrations.

Multi-channel

Coordinate channels around one person or company

DM Faster keeps shared contact and company activity so channel changes do not erase outreach history. Follow-up sequences can move between supported channels, but every step still checks the current recipient data, account health, timing, and stop conditions.

A verified reply on one channel should end the matching outreach journey across later steps. Continue the real conversation in Inbox instead of letting an automated follow-up compete with it.
