Inbox and pipeline

Read replies, continue conversations, and keep opportunities organized.

Inbox

See conversations without switching between providers

Inbox brings supported replies into one workspace while preserving the channel and sender identity. Open a conversation to review its messages, timing, and current response state.

  • Confirm the channel before replying.
  • Read the recent conversation before writing a manual response.
  • Use the provider deep link when a conversation requires action directly on the provider.
  • Refresh or reconnect the affected channel if recent replies are missing.

Reply

Let the human conversation take over

A recognized inbound reply is more than an unread message: it can stop later outreach for the matching journey. Manual replies are sent through the channel that owns the conversation, so account availability still matters.

Before sending a manual response, DM Faster checks that the conversation and provider account still match. If the check fails, reconnect or use the provider directly rather than retrying blindly.

Pipeline

Keep opportunity stage separate from delivery status

Pipeline organizes the people and companies your team is working with. Move an opportunity when its sales stage changes—for example after a reply, meeting, proposal, or close. History remains the place to inspect individual delivery outcomes.

Missing replies

Check the connection before changing the campaign

  1. 1

    Confirm the provider

Check whether the reply exists on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or in the mailbox.
  2. 2

    Check connection health

Reconnect the extension, official Instagram connection, or mailbox if the app shows an action is required.
  3. 3

    Refresh Inbox

Allow the next synchronization to complete and reopen the conversation.
  4. 4

    Contact support

If the reply remains missing, include the workspace email, channel, approximate time, and sender/recipient identifiers—never credentials or message contents.

See Troubleshooting for channel-specific checks.
