Email accounts
Connect the mailbox that should send and receive
Open Settings → Email to connect Google, Microsoft, or SMTP/IMAP. Add a sender name before authorization and review the mailbox after the provider returns you to DM Faster.
- Connected status and the intended email address.
- Sender name, reply-to address, timezone, and signature.
- Daily cap, warm-up, sending enabled, and reply tracking.
- Any “Reconnect required” or provider permission warning.
Sales tools
Connect context to the rest of your workflow
HubSpot
Connect through OAuth to synchronize supported contact and engagement data.
Slack
Connect a workspace for supported outreach and reply notifications.
Webhooks
Deliver signed DM Faster events to an HTTPS endpoint you control.
Google Calendar
Connect availability and booking so conversations can move to a scheduled meeting.
Permissions
Review the provider before approving access
- 1
Start inside DM Faster
Open the intended integration in Settings rather than following an unexpected authorization link. - 2
Choose the correct provider account
The provider page may already be signed in to another organization or mailbox. - 3
Review requested permissions
Cancel if the provider, account, or requested scope is not what you expected. - 4
Confirm the returned status
After authorization, verify that DM Faster shows the expected connected identity.
Disconnecting removes future access and delivery for that connection. Historical activity can remain so past outreach keeps the correct attribution.
